Refund / Return Policy

We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

How to start a return: Email us at support@perfumelala.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items: Opened or used fragrances, and items without original packaging.
