Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates:

• 1 item: $6.99
• 2 items: $12.00
• 3 or more items: FREE

Delivery time: Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Why ground shipping: Fragrances are classified as hazardous materials and ship exclusively via ground transportation in compliance with shipping regulations. This is standard for all perfume retailers.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided with every order. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages: We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down a missing package. Contact us at support@perfumelala.com.

Shipping address: We currently ship within the United States only. Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
